My favorite outfits from Pitti Uomo 109

Another Pitti is behind us, and even though this one was very fast-paced for me, I did my best to be present and observe the outfits and styling, as well as the clothes and all the interesting details. While walking past so many people, I was reminded again that for many, Pitti is just a show. It’s quite easy to spot those who dress naturally and those who came dressed in a costume (what I consider an outfit they clearly wouldn’t wear back home). This made me appreciate those who have extra flair but seem effortless and natural even more . So I decided to put together a collection of those that stood out the most to me, and I explain why I picked each of them.

@andresmescua wearing his beloved vintage pieces - a great example of how to put together different fabrics and colors, while also mixing a few different styles, from western to workwear. It’s clearly a very vintage look, but worn in a way that works well and feels natural even today.

@thetanakasaburi always makes wearing a suit seem super efortless

Alessandro Squarzi showed us that he can rock a padded vest under a denim jacket and a cardigan - and made is seem easy.

@urbancompositio keeping it super simple with this outfit - the green suede overshirt is definitely a star here!

@nicolaradano with a darker color palette for winter, but staying true to his style, with a collar popped over the jacket, and some pop of color with the beanie.

I don’t know this guys name, but he was wearing a very simple, classic look. Can’t go wrong with the basics!

@lorenzosodi rocking a tonal look, with a nice herringbone overcoat and a mustard beanie for a bit of extra contrast.

@master_keynes and @charlesyap_ - the first one rocking tonal, very relaxed tailoring, while the other is mixing tailoring with some colorful workwear.

@milad_abedi with, lighter tones and great fit, it seems very effortless and natural.

Can’t go wrong with the basics - just a classic ivy look with a solid fit.

@leonardosimoncini - chic and effortless, very simple casual outfit with a perfect fit.

@mrderrickbrownie with a classic ivy league outfit - great colors and fit.

@outdersen with a very tonal look, playing with texture and patterns. Orange accessories work really well with this color palette (even though this bag is a bit too much for me).

@jonsjawns keeping it simple with the basics - a great overcoat with a contrasting sweater, adding some flair with the scarf and the baseball cap adds a very relaxed final touch to this outfit.

@rkzuk with a very classic look, natural color palette, and this overcoat definitely elevates the whole look

@illcutz with a not so common combination, rocking an overcoat with workwear and military trousers, but making it effortless.

@cabala_uomo_ pairing vintage military and workwear, and great fit makes the whole look feel totally natural.

@galihrichardson in his perfect fitting vintage suit - it adds a vintage vibe, but still feels authentic.

Don’t know the name of this gentleman, but this is a great combination of colors and fabrics. Very simple, great contrast, and very elegant.

Let me know if you have a favorite amongst these outfits or if there are any other looks that caught your attention last week.
