I’ve been searching for an affordable, well-made field watch for longer than I’d like to admit. After six months of wearing it almost daily, I’m impressed by how versatile, comfortable, and well-balanced it is.

Serica is a French watch brand that makes mechanical watches with vintage style and modern aesthetic. From field and diver watches to the elegant Parade, these are made to wear and enjoy every day.

The brand was founded in 2012 by Jamie and his partner, Lucy. They craft their acetate frames themselves and release them in small batches about six times a year. They offer both optical glasses and sunglasses, with prescription lenses available for both.
